ManifestETA

Walmart · Target · Premium Bandai

Every order, every inbox, on one board

ManifestETA reads the order mail already sitting in your inboxes and turns it into a board with a real arrival date on every line — what shipped, what landed, and what the retailer quietly cancelled.

Built for people running more than one account. Connect as many mailboxes as you like — catchalls, Hide My Email aliases, plain Gmail — and see every drop in one place.

Cancel any time. Your board is kept for 7 days if you do.

This is the actual board

Not a screenshot — the real thing, running on a sample month of orders. Click an order, open the calendar, look through the drops. Nothing here can be changed.

How it works

1

Connect your inboxes

An app-specific password per mailbox — never your account password. Add as many as you run.

2

It reads what is already there

Confirmations, shipping notices, deliveries and cancellations, going back through mail you already have.

3

The board fills itself in

Every order with its arrival date, tracking and status, updating as new mail lands.

Mail is opened read-only and never marked as read. Passwords are encrypted before they are stored.

Built for drops, not deliveries

A general parcel tracker assumes one mailbox and that everything you buy arrives. Neither is true when you are running accounts against a drop.

Past drops

Orders placed minutes apart are grouped into the drop they came from, so a night is one line rather than twenty.

Landed against cut

Cancellations are the number that matters. Every drop shows what held, what was cut, and what it cost.

Went quiet

Retailers often send no delivery mail at all. Orders past their date with nothing since are pulled out rather than sitting as "shipped" forever.

Every inbox at once

Nine mailboxes is a normal setup, not an edge case. Search, filter and total across all of them.

Questions

Which retailers does it read? +

Walmart, Target and Premium Bandai today. Those are the ones the parsers were written against, from real order mail rather than guesses — which is why the dates and totals are right.

Do you need my email password? +

No. You create an app-specific password for each mailbox, which only grants mail access and can be revoked from your account page at any time. It is encrypted before it is stored, and mail is only ever opened read-only.

How many inboxes can I connect? +

As many as you run. That is the point of it.

What happens if I cancel? +

Your key stops working straight away. The board — your orders and connected inboxes — is kept for seven days, so subscribing again inside that window brings everything back exactly as you left it. After that it is deleted.

Does it read mail other than orders? +

It searches for order mail from the retailers above and fetches only what matches. Everything else in the mailbox is never opened.
